I'm a Technical Operations Leader and AI Consultant with over two decades of experience in IT Service Management, specialising in cloud platforms, operational leadership, and applied AI. I lead teams across Technical Operations, Cloud Engineering and Service Desk, with a focus on building reliable, scalable and intelligent service environments.
I work at the intersection of AI and ITSM, designing advanced automation such as intelligent triage, smart resolution workflows, and modern knowledge systems that support analysts and improve customer outcomes. My role is to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, real-world tools that enhance service delivery.
